I did a lot of research investigating damage remedy products when I decided to make it part of the "healthy hair campaign." There are lots on the market, but I wanted something very natural, but I could a couple of times a week. I decided to start with the Aveda Damage Remedy Intensive Treatment. The Damage Line has a shampoo and conditioner, but I was in the market for treatments.
